Shipping Policy

At Cheeky BDSM, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 5pm NZST, it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 5pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

We utilise various delivery carriers such as DHL, NZ Post and Australia Post. All orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. 

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are provided in the checkout cart for all orders prior to purchase, tailored to your exact shipping address. 

Please note that COVID 19 may affect delivery times.

Re-delivery Fee

Any orders required to be re-delivered due to incorrect shipping information, failure to pickup or any other related issues will be charged a redelivery fee of $10 prior to shipment.
